Choosing your stationery/ordering
Our 'Designs' page will give you an idea of the styles we offer,
but you don't have to stick to them. We believe your stationery
should be as unique as you are. You may find you like
elements from different designs which you want to combine, or you
may see a design that you'd like us to scale down or add to, or
adapt designs to suit your budget. Tell us how you want
your invitations to look and we'll create something especially for
you from our broad range of luxury materials.
You can buy your stationery sample with confidence. When
your request comes through we look at it carefully before we create
a sample and we'll get in touch if there are any questions.
We want you to feel excited when you see your names together
on a wedding invitation for the first time, so we create our
samples with as much devotion as when we make the real thing. Don't
worry if you have no idea how you want your stationery to look or
the range of options seems bewildering, just get in touch, we'd
love to talk to you!
Placing an order
On placing an order with us we require a 50% deposit, once we
have taken this we will book an order slot for you and let you know
when to expect your completed order - this is usually between 5 - 7
working days, depending on the size of your order. We will book a
seperate order slot for your 'on the day stationery' around 4 weeks
before your wedding to allow enough time for you to finalise your
guest list/seating plan etc. If you order all stationery items from
us including save the date cards' and thank you cards, you will
have 4 seperate order slots.
Sending out your invitations
There are no rules as to when you should send out your
invitations, this is completely up to you and is a personal
preference for each couple. As a suggestion we would recommend
sending out save the date cards 9 - 12 months before your wedding,
and invitations 3 - 5 months before your wedding.
Order Slot Timing
We understand you will want to get your wedding invitations out
ASAP however when booking an order slot with us please don't be too
eager! You need to make sure you will have all the information
required for your invitations at least 2 weeks before your
designated slot as we will not be able to push your slot back if we
are fully booked. Also consider that if you post your invitations
out too early your guests may lose them or put them to one side and
forget about them.
We don't require a minimum order quantity, but for smaller
weddings with bespoke requirements it can cost a little bit more
than the guide prices shown because we buy our materials in bulk.

Delivery & Collection
***PLEASE NOTE - delivery costs have increased slightly
due to Royal Mail price changes***
We deliver throughout the UK and abroad via Royal Mail first
class recordered delivery. The cost of delivery is based on the
size and weight of your order. An average UK invitation order is
charged at £14.00 (including packaging). Table Plans incur a
seperate delivery charge of £12.00. The cost of delivery will be
added to your invoice at the time of placing your order.
Alternatively you are welcome to collect your order from our
office, there will be a small charge of £5.00 added to your invoice
Some designs such as 'Rosy Chic' and 'Vintage Glamour' are more
delicate than others due to the nature of the embellishments used,
therefore could possibly be damaged when you post them to your
guests. We offer tissue lined presentation boxes for extra
protection or recommend that you send your invitations out in
bubble wrap lined envelopes, which in most cases will only
require large letter postage stamps. Please find prices below:

Our preffered method of payment is internet bank transfer,
however you may pay by cheque, cash or via Paypal. Please note any
Paypal payments will incur a paypal fee of 3.4% + £0.20
We offer and recommend free, no obligation consultations, giving
you the opportunity to discuss your wedding stationery
requirements. We will also send you a free sample following your
consultation. Please contact us to make an appointment.
Before you order any samples from us or place an order, please
contact us or check our 'ordering' page to check our
Before we begin any work on your order within your designated
order slot we email proofs to you for approval. You will have
already seen a sample of your chosen wedding invitation design
therefore the proofs are sent as a PDF document and are
mainly for you to check the wording, fonts and print colours. It is
very important that you check your proofs thoroughly before
returning to us.
We have wording suggestions on our website, however you can
choose any wording you like, and in any language - as long as you
provide us with the text via email.
Guest Name/Address Printing
To add that extra wow factor to your invitations, and for your
convenience, guest name printing on your invitations and RSVP
postcards is included in the price. We also offer an envelope
printing service at £0.40 per envelope. We will send you a
spreadsheet to complete when you place your order with
We recommend that you order spare/unnamed invitations when you
place your order with us, to be completed within your designated
order slot. If you do require extra invitations/stationery items
outside your order slot this will incur an extra fee.
